The North Roseville Recreation Education & Creativity (R.E.C.) Center  serves families in the neighborhood and is proud to sustain a healthy, stable environment that creates a positive impact on at-risk children’s lives with programs that are free to all participants as well as enrich the quality of life in the North Roseville Neighborhood.

Our priorities are Education and Academic Support, Life skill training, as well as encouraging Creative outlets.  We believe in giving our youth chance’s to experience different opportunities that they would not otherwise have. We are currently operating solely on fundraisers, grants and donations and are so grateful for those who see the value in our unique program.
